OUR
MINISTRIES
As a church, we are responsible for fulfilling the commandments given to us by Jesus. Firstly, we must love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, and mind and must love our neighbor as ourselves. Secondly, the Great Commission tells us to make disciples of all nations, teaching them to observe all things that Jesus commanded us. With a focus of loving and teaching others, our church has the following ministries. These ministries work closely with the church leadership to provide worship services and experiences that bring people closer to God, encouraging spiritual growth, and become more devoted Christ-followers.
PYPA
The acronym, PYPA, stands for Pentecostal Young Peoples Association. It is held every fourth Saturday of each month at Hebron Gospel Center. Programs are organized and confirmed by the PYPA leaders. PYPA is a chance for the youth to get together and glorify God through testimonies, speeches, and talents. It is also a chance for youngsters to learn more about the Bible in general; by Bible reference contests, Bible quizzes, and games.
Sunday School
"Educating, Enlightening, Enriching" are just some of the words that come to mind when describing the Sunday school ministry at Hebron Gospel Center. The anointed men and women who teach the Sunday school classes keep the Body of Christ healthy by providing its members with the nourishing "Bread of Life" and the life-giving Word of God. Sunday school lays the groundwork for the Minister of God to build on during the service and clears up the spiritual gray areas, presenting the truth of Christ in love.
Women's Ministry
A chance for the women in our church to get together to praise and worship God. Meetings involve prayer, singing songs, personal testimonies, and sharing from God's word. Prior to the meeting, the ladies enjoy a meal together! This meeting is held once a month.
